  • Produces comprehensive educational reports based on three levels of evaluation: Preliminary,  Criterion-Referenced, and Standardized.
  •  Primary report contains the following components: Heading/Referral, Sociological Background,  Physical (Medical, Hearing, Vision), Fine/Gross Motor, Language, Speech, Emotional, Adaptive Behavior, Intellectual Functioning, Academic Achievement, Assistive Technology, Transition, and Summary and Recommendations.   •  Write-ups for Preliminary Assessments consist of brief narrative overviews of functioning levels. Write-ups for Criterion-Referenced Assessments consist of specific skills mastered and not mastered as marked on-screen. Write-ups for Standardized Assessments consist of interpretations based on normative data.
  •  A Comments Section is available within each component, allowing the user to add specific comments pertinent to the particular evaluation and edit/preview as you go.
  •  Summary/Eligibility Report automatically summarizes all standardized test scores and allows the user to select a category of disability and address all elements required for an eligibility ruling in that category.
  •  Diagnostic/Prescriptive Report provides a preliminary to the IEP by allowing the user to indicate skill mastery from numerous built-in, editable checklists. Also allows the user to recommend instructional settings, methods, and materials for any subject area.
  •  Vocational Assessment Report contains write-ups for vocational instruments, as well as components for making recommendations for vocational instruction.
  •  All reports may be edited and printed with Report Writer's fully integrated word processor (or converts to RTF for use with other editors).
  •  Program updates are distributed twice a year to maintain currency of tests and other components.  All program changes and test revisions are posted on the website for downloading as they are completed.  Allowing the user to update their programs on a day-to-day basis.
